Good news/Bad news

In December, Trail 103.3 listeners tuned in from a variety of online platforms for more than 206,000 hours!

That’s a phenomenal number unmatched by any other radio station in the region. We’re so flattered we’ve decided to upgrade our service.

Starting late tonight, our in-house engineer and all-around station maverick Tommy will be installing new sound cards to improve the Trail 103.3 online stream to bring full high-fidelity audio to our listeners.

TommyDog

In case you were wondering, that’s “TommyDog” over there —>

But seriously, not only will we now be streaming full HD Blu-Ray and DVD quality sound, but for the first time we’ll be doing so across all platforms. That means no matter your device – desktop, Android, iPhone, third-party apps like TunIn Radio, Sonos – you’ll get the same great sounding radio.

Kind of goes along with that whole “true to the music” thing we’ve got going …

But in any case, there is one slight drawback. It means our streaming service will be down for approximately an hour starting at 10 pm tonight.

So for those who rely on us for your overnight … study sessions … we do sincerely apologize. But trust us – the short-term cost will be worth every single minute once we’re up and running again!

Thank you all for your support. We hope you enjoy the new sounds, and remember: No matter where you are, always stay on the Trail!
